Microsoft handles this data in accordance with its own privacy and security commitments, including compliance with Australian data residency requirements. Your data is not transferred outside Australia as part of this process.
We may also disclose your personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- To our professional indemnity insurer, if required in connection with a claim or potential claim
- To regulatory bodies, including the ACT Law Society, the Law Society of New South Wales, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), where required by law or professional obligation
- Where we are required or authorised to do so by law, a court order, or a legal obligation
- With your express consent
Any disclosure of information relating to a client matter is also governed by our duty of confidentiality under the Legal Profession Act 2006 (ACT) and the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW), as well as the Australian Solicitors' Conduct Rules.

Information submitted through the website contact form is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and processed via Microsoft Azure infrastructure hosted in Australia. We store your information in secure systems with access restricted to authorised personnel only.
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Where we are no longer required to retain your information, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it or ensure it is de-identified.
Access and Correction
